About Me

Hey! I moved out to Japan in September 2012 and so decided to start a blog detailing my experiences here. They are basically travel posts, talking about my experiences, thoughts on Japan, and other little snippets, as well as my photos. I work as a plant scientist in Yokohama, but try to spend as much time and money seeing and experiencing life in on the other side of the world 🙂

  1. I think this is an important blog. Thank-you. But I can’t find places to like or comment anywhere but right here. It’s probably right in front of me, but I’m still missing it in all your great posts. Can you direct me? thanks!

    • Hey, thank very much! I’m glad you enjoyed it:) It should be right at the bottom of the posts (as you know I’m sure). My only thought is that perhaps you are on my homepage, but in the design I chose you can only comment from the page for each post. If you click the title of a post you should reach its page. Let me know if this doesn’t help and I’ll try to sort it out!!! Enjoying reading about the borderlands, it has always sounded like a crazy place to me
